We value your privacy. Any information that you provide us will not be shared with others, and will only be used for purposes of filling your order. We treat our customers the way we want to be treated, with respect and confidentiality. We promise to do our best to insure that you have the best ordering experience as possible.

Secure Ordering
When corresponding with us, please do not send your credit card information via e-mail. To keep your information secure, please use the secure server provided with our shopping cart. Your information is secure with us. Once we receive any credit card information from you, we will only refer to a portion of the account number, in order to protect your security. Also, note that we do not tolerate credit card fraud. We take steps to authenticate the credit cards we process. We take our business seriously, if anyone uses fraudulent practices, they will be reported.

Order Confirmations ~ Custom Orders ~ Returns~ Refunds
Our goal is to offer the finest service and personalized gifts available. We hope they will be treasured for years to come. Each order we work on gets our full attention to detail, customized to your specifications. When we send out an order confirmation it is your responsibility as the customer to check the order for accuracy immediately. Any changes to your order can only be made before we start work on your order. If changes are made after we begin work on your order, and they can be accommodated, they will incur additional charges. Any specifics about your order must be included in the written Order Confirmation or an itemized list of your order. If we do not follow what is confirmed in the Order confirmation, we will gladly fix your order. We need to be notified within 7 days of receipt of the order if this is the case. However, due to the personalized and custom nature of our items, we can not accept returns and we do not offer refunds.

Cancellation Policy
Once we process your order, if you decide to cancel, you will be charged a cancellation fee based on your total order, and any charges we incurred while processing your order. We will inform you of the charges and will not process the new charges until we have a confirmation from you that this is indeed your wish.

  4. Shipping:
    We have chosen this method of shipping in order to provide you with the best service, at the least price. That includes shipping USPS Priority Mail With Insurance and Delivery Confirmation, as most shipping supplies are included in the price. On our smaller items, we offer the choice of USPS 1st Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance in a padded envelope, as well as the Priority service. When your order is totalled, we will combine shipping costs for your items. When combining shipping costs, if it is less to ship Priority, and you have chose 1st Class, we will override your preference and ship Priority to keep your cost down. If the items you order are larger, or more expensive, your shipping will go up due to the weight and the increased amount of insurance needed. If you have any questions about shipping prior to your order being placed, please let us know. Otherwise, your shipping total will be included in your order confirmation.
    The following prices are based on shipping to the continental U.S. and shipping 1 item.

    • We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Use the shopping cart, we can bill you through Paypal, or call you for your credit card information, whichever you prefer.

We will process your order per our emails when we are ready to begin work on your order. Please refer to your design information that we have discussed per our emails, and the total in the special request section.
